e-register www.insurer.e-register.net is the de-facto database for the pre-loss registration of jewellery and related items. Supported across the jewellery industry the e-register database provides both insurers and customers with accurate valuations, proof of ownership and security in the event of loss.

Insurers can access e-register via a secure industry site to view policyholders' valuations or to smooth the claims process. Registered valuations include digital images of each item as well as detailed descriptions and assessed market values, allowing easier underwriting and swift claims settlement.

Registration to the e-register database delivers greater customer satisfaction through proof of ownership, increased security and information that is immediately accessible at the click of a button. e-register is also accessible by the police via a dedicated and secure site, enabling them to match recovered items with any registered as lost or stolen.
